Return and Exchange Policy
Safety First :

Sale policy:
1. Credit note will be issued for the return products.
2. Exchange will be allowed with same or higher value.
3. Items purchased on clearance and garage sale are non returnable and non exchangeable.
No return no exchange on Super Saver Combos.

Return and Exchange policy for domestic orders. w.e.f - 11th May 2025
Return Policy:
1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Request here.
2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or Store credit can be issued.

8. Self-shippingIn-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Grishafab's quality check.
2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 days.
3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Grishafab team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.

CANCELLATION BY GRISHAFAB
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Grishafab and accept Grishafab’s decision regarding the cancellation
